Answer:

Explanation:

It is not clear whether the narrator is talking about the last piece of jewelry he made or the last message his Dad left.

The bracelet was the most beautiful because it was made after practice with the other pieces.

The bracelet was the most beautiful because it represented his dad’s last words.

The ambiguity of the boldfaced text appears when the jewelry have more than one meaning to the girl. Here she makes jewelry with the morse code messages (in paper) from her Dad. And the bracelet is more special because was his last message.

What caused relations to deteriorate between the United States and the Soviet Union in 1979?
MAXImum [283]

The answer is that The Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan to help its Communist government.

Although US was involved, it does not invaded the nation instead was offering help with the consent of Afghanistan government.

In 1979, the US helped the opposition faction in the Afghanistan to launch an armed uprising in order to overthrow the pro-Soviet government. The Soviet Union, worrying that it would lose control over Afghanistan, send troops and invaded it immediately.

As Afghanistan was one of the major oil supplier to US, once the region fell into USSR control, the oil supply would be greatly affected, thus it was resentful towards USSR's action of the invasion, causing their relations to deteriorate.

Therefore The Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan to help its Communist government is the answer.

Hope it helps!

In the early 1990s, extremely high inflation rates of 2500% were common in Russia. During that time, we can say that as a result
Akimi4 [234]

Answer: Hyperinflation

Explanation:

Hyperinflation is a very high and accelerating inflation. It gradually destroys the real value of the local currency in the country as prices of all goods soar. This results in people minimizing their holdings in the currency and may switch to a more stable foreign currency, such as the United States dollar.

Typically, the general price level increases even more quickly than the supply of money as people try getting rid of the devalued currency quickly.

Hyperinflation is often caused by wars, sociopolitical upheavals or collapse in aggregate supply
