We can use the process of elimination to achieve this answer.

It isn't A as readers' views are just their opinions which can be influenced by bias, they aren't the definitive facts. Therefore, similarities to the readers' views doesn't demonstrate anything or show how effective the evidence is. Hence, it can't be Option A.

It isn't Option C as it shouldn't be solely based on one part of the claim but instead the whole claim. This means that it could be connected to one part of the claim but then can contradict or oppose other parts of the claim. Therefore, it wouldn't be able to show how effective the evidence is. Hence, it can't be Option B.
