The correct answers are B) speaking out against the war and D) speaking highly of people who work against military recruiting.

During the time of war, Americans should be allowed to speaking out against the war and speaking highly of people who work against military recruiting.

It is understandable that during the time of war the government ask the people to support the war effort although it some times means to limit their freedom of speech and some other inconveniences.

Strategically wise, in those moments of the war, the government pays attention to people that speak out against the war for considering traitors. But the government should listen to what people say because it serves as a means to voice out people's anger and frustration, and that's it, People need a conduit to express what they feel because sometimes is most dangerous to keep the feelings and emotions inside and let hem go through other violent conducts.

Why were so few violations of the Sherman Antitrust Act brought to court?
stealth61 [152]
Thank you for posting your question here at brainly. Based on the choices provided above the answer is "Businesses did not violate the law once it was in place." The main reason why so few violations of the Sherman Antitrust Act were brought to court was because the government was slightly corrupt, with some people in charge of prosecuting these cases "in bed" with those breaking the law.
