The answer is <u>"humanistic therapy".</u>

Humanistic therapy enables people to get to and comprehend their sentiments, gain a feeling of significance throughout everyday life, and achieve self-actualization.

In humanistic therapy, there are two generally practiced systems: gestalt treatment (which centers around musings and sentiments at this very moment, rather than underlying drivers) and client-centered therapy (which gives a strong domain in which customers can restore their actual personality).

Answer:

d)

Explanation:

In psychology, the term perceptual set refers to the tendency to perceive things in a certain way. This means that we tend to notice only certain aspects of an object or situation while ignoring other details according to our own past experiences or prejudices or expectancies.

Thus, we can conclude that a perceptual set would be d) mental predisposition that influence what we perceive.

<u>b) Perceptual sets do not imply an unfairly negative perception but rather to not perceive things as a whole.</u>

borishaifa [10]

I think  that Nearly every character is hiding some kind of secret, yet they are still portrayed as essentially good people. Does this mean that Steinbeck is advocating mistruths, or that he realizes people are imperfect and it is therefore better to judge motive than action but i'm not sure.
