This includes both internal as well as external work. Internal information can be seen from the process of self-assessment. The other information is founded by people. In the third step, you need to identify the alternatives. For this, we can use our imagination and list out all the desirable alternatives. The fourth step weighing the evidence. We need to draw our Information and imagine the situation if we carry the alternative to the end. The fifth step would be selecting the best for us. We can even choose the combination of alternative. In the final step, the results of the decisions are evaluated and if necessary the person can explore other alternatives.
