<h2>Answer with explanation:</h2>

Given : An elementary school has a population of 635 students, 600 of whom have received the chicken pox vaccine.

Then population proportion = p=\dfrac{600}{635}=0.944881889764\approx0.945

For n=120

The mean and standard deviation of the sampling distribution of the sample proportions is given by :-

\mu_{\hat{p}}=p=0.945

\sigma_{\hat{p}}=\sqrt{\dfrac{p(1-p)}{n}}\\\\ =\sqrt{\dfrac{0.945(1-0.945)}{120}}\\\\=0.0208116553883\approx0.021

Thus, the mean and standard deviation of the sampling distribution of the sample proportions is given by :-

\mu_{\hat{p}}=0.945

\sigma_{\hat{p}}=0.021

The average time taken to complete an exam, X, follows a normal probability distribution with mean = 60 minutes and standard dev
k0ka [10]

Answer: b. 0.8413

Step-by-step explanation:

Given : The average time taken to complete an exam, X, follows a normal probability distribution with \mu=60\text{ minutes} and \sigma=30\text{ minutes} .

Then, the  probability that a randomly chosen student will take more than 30 minutes to complete the exam will be :-

P(x>30)=P(z>\dfrac{30-60}{30})\ \ [\because\ z=\dfrac{x-\mu}{\sigma} ]\\\\=P(z>-1)=P(z-z)=P(Z

 [using z-value table]

Hence, the probability that a randomly chosen student will take more than 30 minutes to complete the exam =  0.8413

Which number line correctly shows 4.5 – 2.5? A number line going from 0 to 4.5 in increments of 0.5. An arrow goes from 0 to 4.5
NemiM [27]

Answer:

A number line going from 0 to 4.5 in increments of 0.5

Step-by-step explanation:

This solution makes the most sense because 4.5 and 2.5 both have a decimal of 0.5
