the percentage of students who does not enjoy school is calculated

((90 - 15) / 90) x 100% = (75/90) x 100% = 0,83 x 100% = 83%.

The probabiility that  a student with a GPA below 3.5 enjoys school is 15/90 = 1/6.
probability a student get a GPA below 3.5 doesn't enjoy school is: 1-1/6 = 0.83.
