b. An approachable person is someone who is easy to talk to or communicate with. Some qualities of an approachable person are;

1.  does not have ego issues and is always  available to help his teammates  2. welcomes changes without  any resistance

3. Has to be a good listener

4. Has to be patient and takes time to listen to other peoples concerns

An approachable person is one of the qualities that a leader has to have. Being approachable eases communication between others and you, since most people will have full trust in you. This can go a long way in dealing with an issue before it gets out of hand and therefor serves to minimize losses in the organization.
