I can't find the paragraph you are referencing the question too. However, I researched several studies and came up with the conclusion that C; They are becoming more advanced in how they collect and use data, will be the correct answer.

Phones are relying on sensors more and more and this is helping deter attacks for a small time but the attackers are always on top of this and making attacks stronger. When a user downloads an app they sign permissions to let the location, microphone, and camera be accessed. This lets the attackers get your personal information and then they can get your information which leads to hacking into bank accounts and your social media.

insens350 [35]

Direct characterization is when the author specifically tells the reader the traits of a character. In this excerpt, Dickens tells you that the woman is elderly, wise, experienced and knows what is "good for children". If Dickens had used indirect characterization, he would have need to shown her wisdom and experience by including specific examples. The reader would then be lead to develop his own conclusion about the whether or not the woman was wise and experienced.

Tamiku [17]

Answer: B) The rhyming words "fate" and "hate" connect the pilot's fate to his emotions.

Explanation: In the given excerpt from "An Irish Airman Foresees His Death" by William Butler Yeats we can see the rhyme pattern ABAB (the words from the lines 1 and 3: "fate" and "hate" rhyme, as well as the words "above" and "love" from the lines 2 and 4). The rhyming of the words "fate" and "hate" connect the pilot's fate to his emotions, so the correct answer is the corresponding to option B.
