The purpose of the lab was to test the effects of different fertilizers on the growth of plant.

The hypothesis was that if organic fertilizers are used, they could make the plants grow taller.

The independent variables will be the different fertilizers which were being used. The dependent variable will be the growth or height of the plants. The controlled variable will be the plants to which no fertilizers will be added.

The hypothesis proposed by  John was wrong. John proposed that the plants who were given organic fertilizers will grow the most. On the other hand, when experiments were performed plants which were given chemical fertilizers grew more as compared to the plants which were given organic fertilizers.

We can improve the experiment by checking out  more number of plants instead of just one plant for each category. fertilizers also. This is because using only one plant for each category might not have provided the best authentic results. The experiment can be beneficial as it will allow the usage of fertilizers which will give enhanced growth in plants.

I believe if her hypothesis was incorrect the percentage of the large lobsters with large pincers would decrease. The large pincers help the lobsters to quickly catch their pray efficiently. This would mean the survival of the lobsters with large pincers. A wrong hypothesis would mean that the large pincer lobsters would die and decrease in number.

* Clearly the more windings you have for set conditions of voltage will generate a greater field strength. The windings excite a core and the material of that core has a significant effect.

* The moving element can easily be made to suit power transfer requirement.

* So you need to understand application and work backwards. There may even be a solid state solenoid which can do the same thing.

Best Answer: Well, you have to look at the onion slide under the microscope and looks at each cell and tell what stage (interphase, prophase, etc.) they are in. and then for the description probably tell which one there is the most of and maybe why you think that is. You can find pictures of each phase in your book. I did a lab like this not too long ago in my bio class lol. And, i believe that you will get a lot in interphase (when cells are not currently dividing), just to let you know.
