Answer:

$0.5 per customer

Explanation:

The computation of the cost of the direct labor is shown below:

Since the processing time is given, so we take the minimum time out of available ones

Greet customer = 1  ÷ 2 seconds

Take order  = 1 ÷ 30 seconds

Process order = 1 ÷ 60 seconds

Deliver order = 1 ÷ 5 seconds

Minimum is 1 ÷ 60 seconds

Now total customer per hour is

=   1 ÷ 60 seconds × 60 × 60

= 60 customer pee hour

And, for total employee, the paid cost is

= $7.50 × 4

= $30 per hour

So, the cost of direct labor is

= $30 per hour ÷ $60 per hour

= $0.5 per customer

valina [46]

Answer:

The probability that a person selected at random has virus and is aged between 21 and 25 is 0.58.

Explanation:

let A be the event that the selected person has a virus.

let B1, B2 and B3 be the events that the selected perosn is  M, W and L accordingly.

the probabilities are given by:

P(B1) = 0.3

P(B2) = 0.5

P(B3) = 0.2

P(A|B1) = 0.65

P(A|B2) = 0.82

P(A|B3) =  0.5

probability of having virus and aged between 21 and 25 is given by:

[P(B2)*P(A|B2)]/[P(B1)*P(A|B1) + P(B2)*P(A|B2) + P(B3)*P(A|B3)]

= [(0.5)*(0.82)]/[(0.3)*(0.65) + (0.5)*(0.82) + (0.2)*(0.5)]

= 0.58

Therefore, the probability that a person selected at random has virus and is aged between 21 and 25 is 0.58.

Answer:

Explanation:

You are able to deduct expenses that are directly related to the business travel.

He can deduct the entire 175 for driving, since he would need to do that no matter if he stayed longer or not. Staying longer doesn't add any extra cost.

He can deduct lodging that covers the amount of time dedicated to business so of the 600 he can deduct 1/4 or $150 since only 1 of the 4 days was business related.

And the $50 for food for the day he spent on business
