"I am extremely disappointed with the performance on our account over the last month. Lead volume has dropped, yet the total mon

thly spend is consistent with previous months. Why? Are you guys even paying attention to what is going on? Also, you still haven’t provided any suggestions on how to reduce the overall cost per lead as well as drive more traffic to our site. We need to remedy this so we can move forward."

Answer:

In order to drive more traffic to our site we need to consider the problems visitors face when they visit our site, an issue could be that our site is not responding quick, or there is lacking of an essential feature, or the website is not properly marketed to the relevant persons who are interested in our products and or services.

In order to reduce the cost per leads we may need to find a different supplier of marketing our website, or may be we can target specific audience which may lower the cost per lead. Also we can market our website by other means for example providing web address on the sales receipt.

Tomey Corporation has two production departments, Forming and Finishing. The company uses a job-order costing system and compute
Bogdan [553]

Answer:

a. $5,604

Explanation:

Forming Department overhead cost = Fixed manufacturing overhead cost + (Variable overhead cost per machine-hour × Total machine-hours in the department)

= $99,000 + ($2.10 per machine-hour × 18,000 machine-hours)

= $99,000 +$37,800 = $136,800

Predetermined overhead rate = Estimated total manufacturing overhead cost ÷ Estimated total amount of the allocation base incurred

= $136,800 ÷ 18,000 machine-hours

= $7.60 per machine-hour

Overhead applied to a particular job = Predetermined overhead rate × Amount of the allocation base incurred by the job

= $7.60 per machine-hour × 90 machine-hours

= $684

Finishing Department overhead cost = Fixed manufacturing overhead cost + (Variable overhead cost per direct labor-hour × Total direct labor-hours in the department)

= $70,400 + ($3.70 per direct labor-hour × 8,000 direct labor-hours)

= $70,400 + $29,600 = $100,000

Predetermined overhead rate = Estimated total manufacturing overhead cost ÷ Estimated total amount of the allocation base incurred

= $100,000 ÷8,000 direct labor-hours = $12.50 per direct labor-hour

Overhead applied to a particular job = Predetermined overhead rate × Amount of the allocation base incurred by the job

= $12.50 per direct labor-hour × 60 direct labor-hours

= $750

Big data analytics programs (which analyze massive data sets to make decisions) use gigantic computing power to quantify trends
Sidana [21]

Answer:

The correct answer is: No, it may not decrease the humanity of production in organizations.

Explanation:

To begin with, the term known as <em>''humanity of production'' </em>refers to that human element that gives to the company its capability of leadership and other human abilities. Moreover, when it comes to the big data analytics those programs would not decrease the humanity of production because in order to create all those programs and in order to read all the information that those programs give and to use it and implement there will be a need of using human capital to complete the whole objective. So therefore that human will be as need as machines.
