Given:
loan amount = 300
finance charge = 20
term = 14 days.

To solve for APR.
1. Divide the finance charge by the loan amount.
20/300 = 0.0667

2. Multiply the result by 365.
0.0667 x 365 = 24.35

3. Divide the result by the term of the loan.
24.35/14 = 1.74 (APR in decimal format)

4. Multiply the result by 100.
1.74 x 100 = 174% APR

The relative frequencies, from least to greatest, would be:

The percentage of all entries painted by Art 1 students (14.33%), the percentage of Art 2 entries that were digital (22.02%), and the percentage of clay entries done by Art 3 students (25.32%).

Explanation
The percentage of clay entries done by Art 3 students: There are 20 clay entries done by Art 3 students, out of 79 clay entries; 20/79 = 25.32%

The percentage of all entries painted by Art 1 students: There are 43 entries painted by Art 1 students out of 300 total; 43/300 = 14.33%

The percentage of Art 2 entries that are digital: There are 24 Art 2 digital entries out of 109 total Art 2 entries; 24/109 = 22.02%

A $1,000 face value bond is currently quoted at 100.8. the bond pays semiannual payments of $22.50 each and matures in six years
gtnhenbr [62]
We are given with
F = 1000
b = 22.50
P = 100.8

We use the formula to get the coupon rate
b = Fib
Substituting the given values
22.50 = 1000 ib
ib = 0.0255 or 2.25%

The coupon rate is 2.25%

In Virginia, 120 lame dogs were tested for arthritis and Lyme disease. The results showed that 42 of the dogs had Lyme disease,
miskamm [114]

Answer:

The number of dogs that had both Lyme disease and arthritis is 18

Step-by-step explanation:

Let x represent dogs that have both Lyme disease and arthritis

Dog with only Lyme disease = 42 - x

Dog with only arthritis = 96 - x

The sum of the 3 category should give 120

x + (42 - x) + (96 - x) = 120

Collect like terms and solve

x - x - x + 42 + 96 = 120

-x + 138 = 120

138 - 120 = x

x = 18

Dog with only Lyme disease = 42 - x = 42 - 18 = 24

Dog with only arthritis = 96 - x = 96 - 18 = 78

Therefore, the number of dogs with both Lyme disease and anthritis is 18.

A woman who is 64 inches tall has a shoulder width of 16 inches. How tall is a woman who has a shoulder width of 18.5 inches?
mel-nik [20]
If we turn this to a ratio we get 64:16 and we need ?:18.5. To easily solve this we would divide 64 by 16 and 64/16= 4 now that we know that the shoulder width is 1/4 if a persons height we can then multiply 18.5 by 4 to find the woman’s height. 18.5x4=74
So your answer is 74 inches
