No she is not. Equity is equal to assets less liabilities. Her asset is the house market value and her liability is the payable mortgage amount of the house.
where
 asset = $315000
 liability = $285000

Julie's Home equity =  asset - liability
                                = $315000- $285000
                                = $ 30000

Answer:

No, she is not correct. She has only $30,000 in home equity. Equity is the value of ownership in an asset minus any debts owed on it. $315,000 minus $285,000 is $30,000.

solong [7]

Answer:

Explanation:

K- is the working procedure:

It takes n no. of predefined cluster as input and data points.

It also randomly initiate n centers of the clusters.

In this case the initial centers are given.

Steps you can follow

Step 1. Find distance of each data points from each centers.

Step 2. Assign each data point to the cluster with whose center is nearest to this data point.

Step 3. After assigning all data points calculate center of the cluster by taking mean of data points in cluster.

repeat above steps until the center in previous iteration and next iteration become same.

A1(4,8), A2(2, 4), A3(1, 7), B1(5, 4), B2(5,7), B3(6, 6), C1(3, 7), C2(7,8)

Centers are X1=A1, X2=B1, X3=C1

A1 will be assigned to cluster1, B1 will be assigned to cluster2 ,C1 will be assigned to cluster3.

How do many corporations most likely manage the health and safety of their employees and the workplace?
s344n2d4d5 [400]

Answer:

The answer to this question is given below in the explanation section. However the correct option is only by following OSHA's rules and regulation.

Explanation:

Corporations most likely manage the health and safety of their emoployees and workplace only by following the OSHA's rules and regulations.

Because this is standard law that requires employers to provide their employees with working conditions that are free of known dangers. The OSH Act created the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), which sets and enforces protective workplace safety and health standards for employees.

However, other options are not correct because these options do not cover the employees' protective workplace safety and health.
