Explanation:

It would be expected that inflation would be lower in the future. Then we will have it that nominal interest rate decreases, that is it would fall. The Money demand will rise/increase. Now because the central bank would not cause money supply to decrease immediately, prices would then have to fall so as to make the new increased money demand equivalent to the constant money supply. Hence current prices falls because of expected future decrease in the growth rate of money.

On November 1, 2017, Kalen Corporation’s stockholders’ equity section is as follows: Common stock, $10 par value $600,000 Paid-i
kvasek [131]

Answer:

The Answer is given below

Explanation:

a. Common Stock $600,000

b. Paid in capital  in excess of par value  $180,000

c. Retained Earnings= ($200,000-($600,000*15%))=$110,000

d. Total Stockholders' Equity= $180,000+$600,000+$110,000=$890,000

Please note that dividend is paid on par value which is $10*15%=1.5 per share.

Total shares*dividend per share=total dividend paid

1.5*($600,000/10)=$90,000

or $600,000*15%=$90,000

Therefore dividend of $90,000 is deducted from retained earnings

tresset_1 [31]

Answer:

The correct option here is D) $450,000.

Explanation:

The differential revenue from the acceptance offer is the additional amount of revenue that will be generated without affecting the revenue generated from the domestic sales in the normal course of operations.

The differential revenue from acceptance of offer can be calculated as -

= Selling price per unit per offer x number of units per offer

= $15 x 30,000

= $450,000

Therefore $450,000 is the differential revenue from the acceptance of offer.
