The most common change in employment status in the United States due to pandemics is that during the most critical of the pandemic, employees were allowed to work from home. Yes, remote work was a feasible way to continue to work, without affecting productivity. This, of course, was in the cases where the kind of job allowed remote work.

Right now, when things are going back to normal, most vaccinated employees are returning to the company's premises, as usual.

Some other workers lost their jobs, mostly in the tourism, services, and entertainment industries. This situation affects its employment status and its health care benefits, moving from different eligibility levels to another. Some are ineligible due to this situation.

Regarding the conferences that will occur within the next six months that are pertinent to your career path, these are five interesting conferences in the months to come.
