On August 24, in the year 79 CE, the sky in Pompeii, Italy, grew dark and ominous. An orange glow illuminated the blackened sky.

When the city’s residents heard the first of what would be a terrifying series of earth-shaking rumbles, they looked to Mount Vesuvius, six kilometers in the distance. A pillar of gray ash was pouring from the volcano’s gaping mouth.
The residents of Pompeii were caught by surprise. Many of those who noticed the impending eruption grabbed their family members and their valuables and fled the city. As you can see from the picture, not everyone was so lucky.

If you were there when Vesuvius erupted, how might this passage make you feel?
a.
reminiscent
c.

Mount Vesuvius´ eruption came unexpected, it devastated the Roman cities of Pompeii and Herculaneum, killing thousands of people.

The sudden explosion was followed by 12 hours of volcanic ash and a hail of pumice stone showering Pompeii and forcing its citizens to escape in a panic, but many stayed, wishing the eruption not to be so bad, but they couldn´t survive the lethal asphyxiating air followed by a flood of volcanic mud that buried the city.

Ms. benedict states "...most individuals are plastic to the molding force of the society into which they are born."
Nitella [24]
The answer is "the given statement is true".

In spite of the fact that Benedict believes that individuals settle on their choices in view of their general public and what the larger part trusts, she additionally makes a point to attract regard for that reality that not every person takes after the present state of affairs. Despite the fact that there may not be numerous individuals who conflict with society a few people support what they accept is ethically right.

Imagine your local city council is considering a city-wide curfew in response to a recent increase in crimes committed by teens.
Ilia_Sergeevich [38]

Creating a curfew for overcoming the increase in crimes committed by teens is a viable option but not for the long term. Avoiding teens to be on the streets at night could result in a temporary reduction on crime, but there are several crimes that could be committed hidden on houses or other abandoned places. A more plausible option would be to reinforce police surveillance and of course, creating jobs for teens to encourage them to be responsible and valuable for society.

Mr. Castillo, a naturalized citizen, previously enrolled in Medicare Part B but has recently stopped paying his Part B premium.
dusya [7]

Answer:

He is not eligible to enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan until he re-enrolls in Medicare Part B.

Explanation:

Both Medicare and Medicare Advantage are US health insurance, both are federally maintained, while Medicare serves people under 65, Medicare Advantage provides the advantage of one person paying a month and using medical services, unlike Medicare that payment must be made for each service. Because Medicare Advantage seems to be very beneficial for people with lower incomes, it has some guidelines to follow.

In the case shown in the question above, we can see that Mr. Castillo left Medicare Plan B for lack of payments, but was insured by Plan A and wanted to switch to Medicare Advantage, but what he does not know is that To be insured by Medicare Advantage, he must return to Plan B (in addition to having to pay unpaid payments), so the best thing you can do for Mr. Castillo is to say that he is not eligible to enroll in Medicare Advantage plan until it registers for Medicare Part B.
