You own Everything's Coming Up Roses flower shop. Your employee makes 4 deliveries per hour. The distance between the shop and t

he first delivery is 12 1/3 miles. The distance between the next three deliveries is 8 3/4 miles; 17 2/8 miles; and 23 2/3 miles respectively. The distance from the final delivery to the shop is 10 5/10 miles. What is the average distance for all segments of this trip?

After adding all the segments of each and every trip we have a total amount of 72.5 miles. To get the average distance for all 5 trips we simply divide 72.5 into 5 equal parts. The final answer would amount to 14.5 miles. Final answer must be expressed as "the average distance for all segments of this trip would be 14 and a half mile per segment".

The general form of the equation of a circle is x2 + y2 + 42x + 38y − 47 = 0. The equation of this circle in standard form is (x
DaniilM [7]
We have the following equation:
 x2 + y2 + 42x + 38y - 47 = 0
 We rewrite the equation:
 x2 + 42x + y2 + 38y - 47 = 0
 x2 + 42x + y2 + 38y = 47
 Rewriting we have:
 x2 + 42x + (42/2) ^ 2 + y2 + 38y + (38/2) ^ 2 = 47 + (42/2) ^ 2 + (38/2) ^ 2
 x2 + 42x + 441 + y2 + 38y + 361 = 47 + 441 + 361
 Rewriting we have:
 (x + 21) ^ 2 + (y + 19) ^ 2 = 849
 The center of the circle is:
 (x, y) = (-21, -19)
 The radio is:
 r = root (849)
 r = (849) ^ 2

 A circle of the same radius is given by:
 x ^ 2 + y ^ 2 - 50x - 30y + 1 = 0
 Let's check:
 x ^ 2 - 50x + y ^ 2 - 30y + 1 = 0
 x ^ 2 - 50x + y ^ 2 - 30y = - 1
 x ^ 2 - 50x + (-50/2) ^ 2 + y ^ 2 - 30y + (-30/2) ^ 2 = - 1 + (-30/2) ^ 2 + (-50/2) ^ 2
 x ^ 2 - 50x + (-50/2) ^ 2 + y ^ 2 - 30y + (-30/2) ^ 2 = - 1 + 225 + 625
 (x-25) ^ 2 + (y-15) ^ 2 = 849
 Answer:

(x + 21) ^ 2 + (y + 19) ^ 2 = 849

(x, y) = (-21, -19)

r = (849) ^ 2

x ^ 2 + y ^ 2 - 50x - 30y + 1 = 0

When a decision maker is faced with several alternatives and an uncertain set of future events, s/he uses __________ to develop
Step2247 [10]

Answer:

Option b: a decision analysis

Step-by-step explanation:

Option b: a decision analysis

Decision analysis is referred to that the strategic marketing planning process that consists of a systematic visual approach. it facilitates the use of all tools that can be needed to have a discussion on the decision process.

An approach like a diagrammatic representation of available resources, choices are mentioned on influence to easily draw the decision.

An exponential function and a quadratic function are graphed below. Which of the following is true of the growth rate of the fun
aleksley [76]
Given an exponential function, say f(x), such that f(0) = 1 and f(1) = 2 and a quadratic finction, say g(x), such that g(0) = 0 and g(1) = 1.

The rate of change of a function f(x) over an interval
a \leq x \leq b
is given by
\frac{f(b)-f(a)}{b-a}

Thus, the rate of change (growth rate) of the exponential function, f(x) over the interval
0 \leq x \leq 1
is given by
\frac{f(1)-f(0)}{1-0} = \frac{2-1}{1} =1

Similarly, the rate of change (growth rate) of the quadratic function, g(x) over the interval
0 \leq x \leq 1
is given by
\frac{g(1)-g(0)}{1-0} = \frac{1-0}{1} =1

Therefore, the exponential grows at the same rate as the quadratic in the interval <span>0 \leq x \leq 1.</span>

William has 32 coins that are all either quarters or dimes. The coins have a value of $5.00. How many dimes does William have?
Arte-miy333 [17]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

d + q = 32

.10d + .25q = 5.00

d + q = 32

10d + 25q = 500

-10d - 10q = -320

 10d + 25q = 500

15q = 180

q= 12 quarters

d + 12 = 32

d = 20 dimes
