Lipids are a class of organic compounds, which suits best under the column macromolecules on the hierarchy of biological organization.

Biological organization refers to the hierarchy of composite biological systems and compositions, which illustrate life using a reductionistic method. The conventional hierarchy moves from an atom to more complex biospheres.

Each of the level in the hierarchy signifies an enhancement in the organizational complexity, with each component being mainly comprised of the previous basic unit level.

Lipids, a class of organic compounds, fit on the hierarchy of biological organization in macromolecules

<h3>Further explanation </h3>

Lipids are molecules that contain hydrocarbons and make the structure  building blocks and living cells function. Examples of lipids include fats, oils, waxes, certain vitamins (such as A, D, E and K), etc.

While macromolecules are long repetitive sequences of an elementary chemical structure called the monomer. Proteins, carbohydrates, nucleic acids, and lipids are the four major classes of biological macromolecules.

  1. Proteins are made up of amino acids linked by peptide bonds.
  2. Lipids are made up of fatty acids (a carboxylic acid with a hydrocarbon chain + terminal carboxyl group) and glycerols (organic compound made up of multiple hydroxyl groups).
  3. Carbohydrates are made up of monosaccharides which build up a polysaccharide (carbohydrates).
  4. Nucleic acids are made up of nucleotides which are organic molecules that forms the Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and Ribonucleic acid (RNA).

Macromolecules are made up of single units known as monomers, joined by covalent bonds to form larger polymers.

According to the correct box, the macromolecules shown on the tick box below

How DNA polymerase, the double helix structure of DNA, and the base-pairing rules work together to produce two identical copies
Contact [7]
DNA structure, function and replication. DNA is a long molecule that consists of two strands of nucleotides twisted together in a long spiral called a double helix, the base-pairing rules describe which bases pair together in a DNA double helix, work together to produce two identical copies of the original DNA molecule=DNA structure; DNA funcution; RNA; replication; transcription; translation; the two strands are wound round each other to form a double helix. The two strands. Are joined together by hydrogen bonds between the bases, before every cell divison, so that one identical copy can go to each daughter cell =because the two strands of a DNA molcule have complementary base pairs, the nucleotide each can be used as a pattern or template to produce a complementary strand together then form a new DNA double helix, identical to the orginal. The enzyme DNA polymerase then moves along the exposed DNA strand

What could you do to determine whether the outliers in model 2 are authentic measurements?
Over [174]
<span>To determine if a measurement is authentic, you can check whether the measurement makes sense in the context of whatever is being measured. If a measurement is physically impossible, then it is not authentic. If a measurement is inconsistent or far off from multiple repeated measurements of the same kind, then it is not likely to be authentic, so you could test the authenticity by repeating the measurements.</span>
