m+0.02+2.1m=-1.45-4.81m

to eliminate the decimals before solving multiply by 100 both sides

100*(m+0.02+2.1m)=100*(-1.45-4.81m)\\ 100m+2+210m=-145-481m\\ 100m+210m+481m=-145-2\\ 791m=-147\\\\ m=- \frac{147}{791}

therefore

the answer is

It would be better to group all similar numbers.

</span>-m + 2.1m + 4.81m = -1.45 - 0.02
5.91m = -1.47

The equation shown above, in order for us to eliminate the decimal,
