The Unsharp Mask Filter or the Smart Sharpen Filter.

In photoshop, these two filters are used for better control when sharpening your images. Sharpening helps make images crisp and clear by enhancing the definition of edges in an image. Using Smart Sharpen filter ensures you use some sharpening tools not available with the Unsharp mask filter.  Unsharp mask filter, on the other hand, increases contrast along the edges of an image.
