Let S and L represent the costs of small and large prints, respectively.
.. 40S +10L = 32.50 . . . . . . . . . Andy's order
.. 20S +8L = 20.00 . . . . . . . . .. Alex's order

Using Cramer's rule,
.. S = (10*20 -8*32.50)/(10*20 -8*40) = -60/-120 = 0.50
.. L = (32.50*20 -20.00*40)/-120 = -150/-120 = 1.25

Small prints cost $0.50.
Large prints cost $1.25.

We will traduce the sentences into equations.
Let x be the number of hours in the first job, and y be the number of hours in the second job.
Then the equations are:
x+y\leq25\\11x+9y\geq 150

The above system has many solution, we can select for example:
x = 1, y = 16. So we can work one hour at the first job and 16 hour at the second job.

LMN is a straight angle. Find m LMP and m NMP
viva [34]

Answer:

(-16x + 13)° + (-20x + 23)° = 180° ( St. angle)

-16x° + 13° - 20x° + 23° = 180°

-4x° + 36° = 180°

-4x° = 180°-36°

-4x° = 144°

-x° = 144°/4

-x° = -36°

x° = 36°

emmainna [20.7K]

Answer:

45 segundos.

Step-by-step explanation:
