The six dimensions of wellness are physical, intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual, and environmental.  

Physical is a dimension, which covers examples associated with the condition of an individual's body.  

Intellectual is a dimension, which comprises examples involving mind, curiosity, and ongoing learning.  

Emotional is a dimension, which comprises awareness, feelings, and acceptance of the feelings and self-image.  

Social is a dimension that covers examples associated with relationships with others.  

Environment refers to a dimension that comprises examples associated with the quality of the environment.  

Spiritual refers to a dimension that comprises examples associated with searching for purpose and meaning of human existence.
