The priest Miguel Hidalgo was a key character for the outbreak of Mexico's Independence in 1810. The main reason why he decided to joint the Independence was because he was angry of the inequality between the Spanish people who came from Spain and the Spanish people that born in America (criollo novohispano). Since Miguel Hidalgo was a criollo novohispano, he wanted to have the same rights as all the Spanish conquerors.

______ protections are in place to minimize political considerations in the job-related process and to ensure government employe
Alona [7]

Answer:

Civil Service protections are in place to minimize political considerations in the job-related process and to ensure government employees are recruited, hired, and promoted based on job qualifications and merit and demoted or dismissed only for cause.

Explanation:

Extraordinary job security is every civil servant’s most cherished perk. New federal hires who survive a three-year probationary period are automatically elevated to “career-appointment” status, the civil-service equivalent of academic tenure. Career appointees cannot be fired without “good cause,” such as gross incompetence, habitual tardiness, or on-the-job beer guzzling.

Since civil servants are considered to “own” their jobs, they are entitled to due process before their property can be seized.

Setler79 [48]

The two criticism of unemployment rate are the following;

- Part time workers are counted as employed

- Discouraged workers are not included in the labor force

These criticism relate to the overstating or understanding of unemployment rate because part time workers counted as employed will understate the actual employment whereas the discourage workers that does not belong to the labor force will likely understate the actual employment.
