<u>Answer:</u>

<em>Cost benefit analysis is a method in which programs total cost by the benefits in the project In monetary units or common units  is calculated. This can be used to find the benefits and cost of program and compare it with others.</em>

<u>Explanation</u>:

<em>Total cost -</em>

<em>Lease of stall - 10,000</em>

<em>Helpers pay- 12000</em>

<em> Investment- 6000</em>

<em> Total-28000</em>

<em> Benefits-</em>

<em> Profits- 38000</em>

<em> Outsourcing- 5000</em>

<em> total 33000</em>

<em> so CBA= 28000/33000 = 0.848</em>

<em>benefits on hiring and leasing</em>

<em> total cost-</em>

<em>Lease of stall - 20,000</em>

<em>Helpers pay- 24000</em>

<em> Investment- 12000</em>

<em>Total- 56000</em>

<em>Benefits-</em>

<em>Profit -76000</em>

<em>Cba = 56000/76000=  0.73</em>

Whitepunk [10]

Answer:

D) selling agent.

Explanation:

noname [10]

Answer:

c.) 82,000

Explanation:

We know that,

The ending work in progress units = Beginning work in process inventory + Units started in production - Units completed and transferred

7,000 dolls =  4,000 dolls + Units started in production -  79,000 dolls

7,000 dolls = -75,000 dolls + Units started in production

So, Units started in production = 75,000 dolls + 7,000 dolls

                                                    = 82,000

In each of the following cases, calculate the accounting break-even and the cash break-even points. Ignore any tax effects in ca
Sloan [31]

Answer:

Accounting Break-Even

Case 1 = $14,350   Case 2 = $8,485.71    Case 3 = $214.375

Cash Break-Even

Case 1 = $11,766.67    Case 2 = $1342.86     Case 3 = $168.75

Explanation:

According to the scenario, computation of the given data are as follow:-

Accounting Break-Even = (Fixed Cost + Depreciation Cost) ÷ (Price Unit -Variable Unit)

Case 1 - ($7,060,000 + $1,550,000) ÷ ($3075 - $2,475)

= $8,610,000 ÷ $600

= $14,350

Case 2 - ( $47,000 + $250,000) ÷ ($96 - $61)

= $297,000 ÷ 35 = $8,485.71

Case 3 - ($2,700 + $730) ÷ ($21 - $5)

= $3,430 ÷ $16 = $214.375

Cash Break Even = Fixed Cost ÷ (Price Unit - Variable Unit)

Case 1 - $7,060,000 ÷ ($3075 - $2,475)

= $7,060,000 ÷ $600

= $11,766.67

Case 2 - $47,000 ÷ ($96 - $61)

= $47,000 ÷ $35 = $1342.86

Case 3 - $2,700 ÷ ($21 - $5)

= $2,700 ÷ $16 = $168.75

sveta [45]

Answer:

C) Create a customer-driven environment where we constantly try to create customer value.

Explanation:

A competitive advantage basically refers to offering a better service at the same price as your competition, or offering the same service as your competition but at a lower price. In this case, Gina's idea focuses on offering a differentiated and better service than the competition, and hopefully be able to sell it at the same price.

In order to create a customer driven environment, the company must identify its customers's needs and it must do everything it can to satisfy those needs. This will increase both the perceived quality of the service and consumer satisfaction.
