Answer: An unexpected organizational crisis that results from employee misconduct, illegal activities, or unethical decisions.

Explanation:

An ethical misconduct disaster (EMD) is a distinct unethical situation that was not expected, that produces meaningful operational disturbances, and endangers the continuity of the organization.

An EMD can have a negative impact on the organization itself, as well as in the brand and stakeholders´ reputation. Furthermore, an EMD can damage the financial operation, end in litigation and regulatory penalties, as well as creating a bad image in public media.

Write a 10 to 15 sentence paragraph describing how your gender may be the reason for the kind of social person you are today. Hi
Naddika [18.5K]

Answer:

As someone who is male, my actions are that of a male and expected of a male. While we live in a gender equal world, there are still gender-roles that we need to fulfill. That means despite being gender-equal, many women still expect me to become a gentleman. And I do it not because I am compelled by gender expectations but because I believe it is the right thing to do. Abiding by what is good and proper has brought me several benefits including being promoted at work. My upbringing as a male person as well has shaped how I behave today. I was told to respect women and other people by my parents, hence that is what I do right now. When someone else, a man or a woman is in need of help, I try to help them the best way I can. But of course, it is not always smooth sailing. There are also hindrances, for example in job placements. There are jobs where only women are allowed. This puts me at a disadvantage because I cannot apply for those jobs, despite me being qualified for them. But either way, whatever happens, I think what is important is mutual respect. Whatever our gender orientations are, if we have respect for each other, then the world will be a better place. Our socials skills need not be defined by our gender roles. So being male, or female should not matter, we are all humans.

I hope it will help you

The statistical syllogism is also called a non-deductive syllogism. This process argues in using the inductive reasoning for generalization. It is true for a particular case.

This procedure used the syllogism like most, frequently and never and rarely. It has its statistical generalizations it has one or two premises.

Premises is a generalization and argument that is used to conclude the generalization. Premises can be true and the conclusion can be wrong but it happened rarely.

Thus Zia has used here statistical syllogism for different subjects.

A researcher gives participants a list of words referring to concrete objects (e.g., car, apple, box). She tells the first group
Shtirlitz [24]

The correct answer is: "semantic encoding".

In general, encoding techniques are applied in order to elaborate on the information perceived by our senses, seeking to appropiately store it in our longer lasting memory units and to optimize subsequent retrieval.

Semantic encoding consists on relating certain concepts to a context in order to remember them better afterwards, using mechanisms such as chunking or mnemonics. This is the case in the research described where, in order to remember a list of objects, participants connect them to a house context.
