Answer:

=E7/B7*100

Explanation:

For Kelly to want to see Joan's bonuses as a percentage of her base salary is because Kelly has already calculated the amount she was entitled to but she wants to know compare Joan's bonuses to her base salary. So to get that Kelly has to do divide Joan's total bonuses by her base salary then multiply by 100% the formula structure in cell G7 will be: =E7/B7*100

1. Investment in shares of Edwards Co A/c Dr $600,120

              To Cash A/c $600,120

(Being the purchase of stock is made)

The investment is computed below:

= Number of shares acquired × par value of common stock + commission charges

= 12,000 shares × $50 + $120

= $600,120

2. Cash A/c Dr $16,800

         To Dividend A/c $16,800

(Being dividend received is recorded)

The receipt of dividend is shown below:

= Number of shares × cash dividend per share

= 12,000 shares × $1.40

= $16,800

3. Cash A/c Dr $247,900

             To Profit on sale $47,860

To Investment in shares of Edwards Co A/c $200,040

(Being sale of shares is recorded and the remaining amount is credited to the profit)

The computation of this above entry is shown below:

Cash Account = Number of shares sold × par value of common stock - commission charges

= $4,000 × $62 - $100

= $247,900

Profit on sale = (Purchase of stock ÷ Number of shares acquired) × Number of shares sold

= ($600,120 ÷ 12,000) shares × 4,000 shares

= $200,040

Watchful Eyes Industries manufactures a multitude of safety products like burglar alarms, smoke detectors, surveillance cameras,
CaHeK987 [17]

Watchful Eyes would probably benefit from departmentalization by Customer type .

Explanation:

The departmentalization applies to the hierarchical structure and partnership between the company and different departments and management roles. As a company expands, its divisions are expanded and more site-units are formed, introducing more management layers.

LA Gear is also an example of a company utilizing departmentalization of the product. The system is based on its wide range of products like female footwear etc. Departmentalization of the operation – Grouping of product/service processes or customer flow behaviour

Departmental business services–Grouping on the level of specific clients or consumer forms, Jobs may be classified by the group of customers the company represents. I assume that each organization's customers have a specific set of problems and criteria which specialists can better fulfill.

1. Justin is a stock clerk at the local grocery store. Justin does only what he is told to do, no
MrRa [10]

Answer:

Check below for the explanations

Explanation:

1) No, Justin does not have a good attitude to work. The characteristic of a good employee is the ability to make sound, effective and critical decisions. There are situations that require workers to use their discretion, Justin is acting like a robot and is failing in this regard.

2) I would let him realize the importance of team work in an organization. For an organization to develop, the culture of team work and not individuality must be encouraged. I would advise him to let go of his high - mindedness and let us work as a team.

3) It was not right to argue with his co-worker most especially when he was wrong. Justin could have verified the information given to him by his co-worker and put things in order. Nobody is above mistake, the ability to identify them and listen to corrections makes one a good employee.

4) Justin was not correct. He lacks discipline for broadcasting the personal discussions between two people in an organization, more importantly when it is not malicious to the growth of the organization. That is intrusion of privacy.

5) The supervisor was probably rebuking Justin for his bad attitudes to work. His attitude of infidelity, inability to keep secret and insubordination.

She can also issue him a query for this acts

If I was one of Justin's co-workers, I would advise him on the proper work ethics and how to apply them. I would also advise him for an attitudinal change.

Vanyuwa [196]

Answer: E) Lessors provide a source of financing for lessees.

Explanation:

A Lease is a form of financing because in financing, an entity provides funding in the form of assets whether cash or otherwise to another entity to allow them use to operate their business. The entity that was provided with funding will then pay a periodic payment as a way to pay off the funding.

This is what happens in leases. The Lessor is the owner of the asset and they lease it to the Lessee who then uses it and pays a periodic amount to the Lessor for using the asset.
