The statements correctly describing the scenario are:

 1. Both the buses move with same average speed.
 2. Velocity of buses is not equal.

Explanation:

As both the buses left the school at the same time and covered same distance in the same time but in opposite direction, velocity of buses is not equal.

Velocity has a particular direction, which in this case is opposite, so velocity can't be equal. Now the buses have been driven for the same time and distance with unequal velocities which implies both of them have same average speed.

Answer:

The correct answer is B. The average speed of the buses is equal.

Explanation:

Both buses have traveled the same distance after fifteen minutes, but this does not mean that their speed has been constant because they have had to face different traffic, traffic lights and roads. Even one of them may have had to stop longer than the other, but then it has compensated for that time stopped with greater speed, if traffic conditions allowed. Finally, both have traveled ten miles in fifteen minutes, which means that their average speed is the same.

Enter a formula in cell G5 that calculates the difference between the attendance totals for 2018 and 2017. Copy the formula to t
Allushta [10]
This is done by a very simple formula: the only thing you need to type is =x-y where x is the cell that contains the total of 2018 and y being the cell that contains the total for 2017. If both are numeric values you can use the formula = A1-B1 and get your result. Your cells don't have to be in the same order as your formula.
