Understanding the significance of culture and its impact on a business is important while  dealing with the international clients.

Explanation:

Globalization ensures that the business reaches to the corners of the earth. It needs a well knowledgeable and professional attitude to succeed in establishing an international venture. Cultural differences may bear an impact on the communications. It will be difficult to enter the local market and it takes a toll on the entrepreneur to clearly interpret the culture difference.

It is necessary to understand the history and politics if the country as it impacts the pace of business, verbal and written communications, decision making, accepting the risk and marketing the products in the international domains. Hence understanding the cultural difference by Catherine and setting up her business venture is much profitable.
