Assertiveness is someone who is behaving confidently and is not frightened to say what they want. Assertive just means that you make things happen. You take action rather than the opposite, which would be 'passive'. That would mean you just sit by and let things happen to you, instead of making them happen for yourself. Being assertive is a good thing.

Arrogance is an attitude of superiority manifested in an overbearing manner or in presumptuous claims or assumptions.

Passivity is allowing others to do things to you without complaining or pushing back. The babysitter's passivity led her charges to walk all over her. They stayed up all night and tied her to the chair, and all she said was, "Please stop misbehaving." or something like that.

Assertiveness is self-confidence that does not infringe on the feelings of others. Assertiveness allows a person to state their needs and assert their ideas. Arrogance, on the other hand, is highly confrontational. An arrogant individual insists on their viewpoint or idea because it is theirs, rather than the best possibility. A passive person, on the other hand, is unwilling to assert their needs and wants. They often put themselves in difficult positions because they are unwilling to refuse requests and demands on their time based on the idea of avoiding confrontation.

Answer:

An example of the Nestorian Organization is A. proposition, second most important point, third most important point, most important point

The Nestorian Organization presents the most important information at the end. Taking this into consideration we have to keep in mind that a Nestorian organization follows these steps:

First

Introduce your paper and make sure to add at the end of this paragraph your proposition.

Second

Present your second best reason in this paragraph.

Present all the related information to it.

Third

Present your third best reason in this paragraph.

We must remember that we are presenting the information backward.

Which of the following sentences can be revised to eliminate redundancies?
Anastaziya [24]

Answer:

Tthe sentence which can be revised to eliminate redundancies is

B: Juan was costumed in disguise when he entered the room.

Explanation:

Redundancy in a sentence refers to same data being used more than once in a sentence just by using a different word. It doesn’t make a sentence grammatically wrong, but more than one similar word seems unnecessary. They make the writing weak and not appealing. So, redundancy should be avoided while writing.

In the given sentences, Juan was costumed in disguise when he entered the room has redundancy. “In disguise” means when one is dressed differently or has made a different appearance. So, given sentence can be written as “Juan was disguised when he entered the room”. Writing “costumed in disguise” makes the sentence redundant.
