Let me tell you about the person in my life who showed me that I could be amazing, my brother Tewolde. Tewolde was my best frien

d growing up and the closest friend I ever had. And the reason we were so close is we lived in a refugee camp together for three years. We moved to a whole new country together and learned English together. Kids on the playground called him Toilet instead of Tewolde and they called me Salami instead of my full-name Selamawi, and if there were 20 kids trying to beat me up on the playground, my brother Tewolde was there and we'd get pummeled together, and I'd do the same for him. Well, in high school, my brother became the man. He started his own cleaning business. He worked assiduously washing windows and cleaning offices and one summer he worked all night every night cleaning a huge Toyota dealership. With the money, he helped my family and also saved for college. When he was 17, and in his last year of high school, my brother took a trip up to Montana to visit a friend of his and about 3 a.m., a drunk driver started driving the wrong way on the highway. My brother was driving behind this huge van and the van saw the drunk driver coming, and at the last second, the van didn't want to get into a head on collision with the drunk driver, so the van swerved off the road. My brother didn't have time to react and the drunk driver slammed into my brother's car and killed my brother instantly. That was the worst thing that ever happened to me growing up; something I hope you never go through. But it's kind of weird, that this horrible occurrence, taught me the biggest lesson of my life. After my brother passed away, I went into his room and looked through his drawers and I found a photo of a little child from South America, just a little cute, dark-haired kid. With the photo was a letter saying thank you for sponsoring this child from South America. I was awestruck. My brother was struggling to make money, just cleaning bathrooms, his family was on food stamps, and he was trying to help his family out, too; he was broke, yet he was paying $20 a month to help a little orphan kid across the world have enough food to eat. Read this sentence from the passage: "He worked assiduously washing windows and cleaning offices and one summer he worked all night every night cleaning a huge Toyota dealership."
What does the word assiduously mean?
carelessly
tirelessly
quickly
slowly

Ego integrity VS despair.

As we grow older (65+ yrs) and become senior citizens, we tend to slow down our productivity and explore life as a retired person. It is during this time that we contemplate our accomplishments and can develop integrity if we see ourselves as leading a successful life. Erik Erikson believed if we see our lives as unproductive, feel guilt about our past, or feel that we did not accomplish our life goals, we become dissatisfied with life and develop despair, often leading to depression and hopelessness.

Daisy is a nine-month old infant. her mother plans to resume work and keep daisy in a daycare. what is the consequence of emotio
katen-ka-za [31]
The most likely result is Daisy wouldn't develop deep emotional attachment with her mother.
Deep emotional attachment between parents and infant developed due to the Perception that infants have for her mother.
If the parent spent a lot of time taking care of her infant, the infant will perceive the mother as a guardian that always take care of her and someone who could make the infant feel safe.
If, the infant spent the majority of his/her childhood at they care, the emotional attachment that the infants have with the daycare teacher could be deeper than the attachment that they have to thier mother.

Mira's action as experienced by Abram is best described as an <u>"Illegitimate Demands".</u>

Illegitimate demands brings our desires or expectations about relationships into the equation, we have desires for what loved ones improve the situation one another and these don't generally line up with every other person's in our social gatherings. At the point when our desires are damaged, we feel manhandled (those connections all go to short articles that clarify that more). It may be that your flat mate told their companion they could remain for two months and brings it up as they don't have to ask you. Or on the other hand possibly your family all of a sudden begins requesting that you pay back all the everyday costs it cost to raise you. In the event that the interest doesn't appear to be reasonable for you, it's likely going to start an issue.
