Disruptive mood dysregulation disorder (DMDD) is a childhood condition of extreme irritability, anger, and frequent, intense temper outbursts. DMDD symptoms are not limited only with mood and requires serious medical intervention in severe cases. This disorder is observed with children aged between 6 and 18. To be diagnosed with disorder a child must have these symptoms continuously more than a year. DMDD is fairly new diagnosis. Scientifically it is appeared in Diagnostic and Statistics Manual of Mental Disirder in 2013.
