Disruptive mood dysregulation disorder (DMDD) is a childhood condition of extreme irritability, anger, and frequent, intense temper outbursts. DMDD symptoms are not limited only with mood and requires serious medical intervention in severe cases. This disorder is observed with children aged between 6 and 18. To be diagnosed with disorder a child must have these symptoms continuously more than a year. DMDD is fairly new diagnosis. Scientifically it is appeared in Diagnostic and Statistics Manual of Mental Disirder in 2013.

It was created by our founding fathers when they realized that there first draft of an idea of government was not very easy to handle. Those were the Articles of Confederation which gave a few branches to much power over the people and government. In my opinion, the power of the branches is more or less fairly split.
