The correct answer is: A. Discrimination and its effects on people are often hard to recognize. It is an essay by Virginia Woolf, where the main theme of this feminist text is the disadvantage of women writers within a literary tradition dominated by men. Women were very limited in terms of space, privacy and education to be able to write.

How does Douglass use parallelism in this excerpt?
dimaraw [331]
(for person above)^ that's rude! You don't know what they're going through, this might be the only question they ever asked about, they might be an A+ student who does the readings, goes to classes, has no overdues, etc. BE MORE NICE/KIND TO PEOPLE! Anyways, I would say the answer is c - to emphasize his claim that slavery should have no place in the land of the free. :) Hope this helps, have a great day/weekend EVERYONE!

This excerpt from the song “Revolutionary Tea” describes what historical event
IRISSAK [1]
By the name "Revolutionary Tea", (even though i have never heard of the song), i can imply a few things.

1) It happened during the Revolutionary war
2) It has to do with Tea

Next, we will look at the answer choices. The only reasonable one is The Boston Tea Party, as while it is before the Revolution, it is the only one that had to do with Tea (dumping of tea over into the Boston Harbor from the ships), and led to the Revolutionary war.

The Boston Tea Party is your best answer

hope this helps
