AFB = CFD = 31
BFC = 90 - (31+31) = 28
DFE = BFC = 28
CFE = CFD + DFE = 31 + 28 = 59

→m ∠BFC=m ∠DFE-------[Given]

⇒m∠AFB + m ∠BFC +m ∠CFD=90°--------[Given]

⇒31°+  m ∠BFC +31°=90°-------[Using 1]

⇒m ∠BFC =90° -62°

⇒m ∠BFC = 28°

⇒m ∠BFC = 28°=m ∠D FE

⇒m ∠C FE=m ∠D F C+m ∠D FE

           = 31° +28°

            =59°
