I have a friend who is living at Super Spot, I admire her very much for being able to start her own business which is being a success and she is managing to keep up well being a great businesswoman. In addition to admiring her, I realize that her personality is similar to mine, and perhaps that's why we get along so well. Just like me, my friend is calm and homely, likes animals and being surrounded by nature, we like to read and complain about the government in her spare time. Besides, we both have a controversial taste in music and we like macabre movies. It's very interesting that even at different times in our lives, our personality has so many similar points.

To do this you can always write about someone in your household or any of your friends to make it easy.

Example: I have an Uncle who is now in the Criminal Justice field. Before he even made it there or knowing that was what he really wanted to be he went to multiple colleges for different.

crimeas [40]

The correct answer is D.

The cost has risen 1,000$ (comparting the 1500$ he had paid, with the 2500$ his friend has offered for the vacation, 1000$ is the amount he would miss if rejecting the offer plus the value of the activity he would do instead of the skiing vacation).

This cost rise represents the concept of opportunity cost. It is referred, when making a decision, to the value that is missed when rejecting the alternative option.

Under what circumstances should the delegative style of leadership be used?
sammy [17]
Laissez-faire leadership, also known as delegative leadership, is a type of leadership style in which leaders are hands-off and allow group members to make the decisions.

This style should be used when

1. When team members have the skills to succeed. Laissez-faire leadership can be effective in situations where group members are highly skilled, motivated, and capable of working on their own. Since these group members are experts and have the knowledge and skills to work independently, they are capable of accomplishing tasks with very little guidance.

2. When group members are experts. The delegative style can be particularly effective in situations where group members are actually more knowledgeable than the group's leader. Because team members are the experts in a particular area, the laissez-faire style allows them to demonstrate their deep knowledge and skill surrounding that particular subject.

3. When independence is valued. This autonomy can be freeing to some group members and help them feel more satisfied with their work. The laissez-faire style can be used in situations where followers have a high-level of passion and intrinsic motivation for their work.
