Answer:

The correct answer is:

The domain contains only natural numbers.

Step-by-step explanation:

The graphs of geometric sequences are a series of unconnected points rather than a smooth curve because:

The domain contains only natural numbers.

As the geometric sequence us given as:

a_1=a,a_2=ar,a_3=ar^2,....

where a is the first term of the sequence and r is the common ratio of the geometric sequence.

Also a_n denotes the nth term of the sequence where n belongs to natural numbers that is the domain of the function is natural numbers.

GREYUIT [131]
It’s rational, for a number to be rational you have to be able to write it as a fraction and you can write 0.515115111511115111115... as a fraction.

If VX = WZ = 40 cm and m∠ZVX = m∠XWZ = 22°, can ΔVZX and ΔWXZ be proven congruent by SAS? Why or why not?
Paul [167]

Answer: The ΔVZX and ΔWXZ are not congruent by SAS.

Explanation:

It is given that the VX = WZ = 40 cm and ∠ZVX = ∠XWZ = 22°.

Draw a figure as shown below,

According to the SAS rule of congruence, two triangles are congruent if two sides and their inclined angle is equal.

From the given figure it is easily noticed that in ΔVZX and ΔWXZ,

VX=WZ=40cm       (given)

\angle ZVX=\angle XWZ=22^{\circ}     (given)

XZ=XZ      (common side)

Since we have two sides and one angle is same. but we can not conclude that the ΔVZX and ΔWXZ are congruent by SAS, because the given angle is not the inclined angle of both equal sides.

Therefore, the ΔVZX and ΔWXZ are not congruent by SAS.
