If "It is a weekend", then "I will exercise"
But "It is NOT a weekend"
Therefore, "I will NOT exercise"

Using P and Q our statement would look like this,
If P, then Q
But not P
Therefore not Q

Or symbolically like this:
P -> Q

\therefore ~Q
