The answer is 600 because 1 out 3 is 60 so to find the bag multiply by two while to find 1 out 5 of her monet take 60 times 3 which is 180. 180 times 4 is the money she spent on her mobile phone so take the money spent on her mobile phone(720)minus the amount of money spent on the bag(120)

Two families went to Rollercoaster World. The Brown family paid 170 for 3 children and 2 adults. The Peckham family paid 360 for
cestrela7 [59]

Answer: the system of equations are

3x + 2y = 170

4x + 6y = 360

Step-by-step explanation:

Let x represent the price of a child's ticket in dollars.

Let y represent the price of an adult's ticket in dollars.

The Brown family paid 170 for 3 children and 2 adults. This would be expressed as

3x + 2y = 170

The Peckham family paid 360 for 4 children and 6 adults. This would be expressed as

4x + 6y = 360

Lena [83]
Mia walked 7km/h so after 1 hour, she is 7 km north of the house of Julia

Samantha walked 11km/h so after 1 hour, she is 11 km west of the house of Julia.

The points where Mia and Samantha are after 1 hour , and the house of Julia form a right triangle with sides 7 and 11 km. The distance between the girls, is the hypotenuse of his triangle.

 by the pythagorean theorem:

MS= \sqrt{ 7^{2} + 11^{2} }= \sqrt{49+121}= \sqrt{170}=  13 (km)

The measures in the table describe the weights of animals that visited a vet on one day, in pounds. Mean Median Mode Mean Absolu
MrMuchimi

Answer: On average, the weight of a pet visiting this vet on this day is about 2.4 pounds away from 12.9 pounds.

If the MAD of weights for another day was 1.5, then that day's weights would be less variable than the weights of pets seen on this day.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given: The measures in the table describe the weights of animals that visited a vet on one day, in pounds.

Mean = 12.9

Median= 12.0

Mode = 12.0

Mean Absolute Deviation = 2.4

We know that the mean absolute deviation (MAD) of a data set is the mean distance between each and every data value and the mean.It tells about the variation in a data set.

Therefore, On average, the weight of a pet visiting this vet on this day is about 2.4 pounds away from 12.9 pounds.

Also, If the MAD of weights for another day was 1.5, and since 1.5< 2.4.

Then that day's weights would be less variable than the weights of pets seen on this day.

The first sampling method is Convenient Sampling. It is biased sampling and it is not representative of a random sample.

The second sampling method is Systematic Sampling. If this method of sampling is drawn from the population, it is an efficiently randomized sampling method.

Let us review the given answers.

1. Both samples should be exactly the same.
   INCORRECT

2. Neither sample will be representative.
   Because the second sampling method can be random, this answer is
   INCORRECT.

3. The first sampling method, ..., is the most representative,
