Answer:

Mastectomy refers to a surgery in which the whole breast of the patient is removed. There are five distinct kinds of mastectomy. These are modified radical mastectomy, total mastectomy, partial mastectomy, radical mastectomy, and subcutaneous mastectomy.

After the surgery, the patient is instructed by the nurse to perform daily arm exercises, as if the axillary nodes are withdrawn, the affected arm may swell, and would become more vulnerable to infections. The patient is taught to assess the appearance of incision and site of the drain and to change dressing.

The patient is instructed to not raise the arm or elbow above the shoulder and to not abduct the affected arm until the drains completely get withdrawn. The patient is told to not use deodorants, to prevent wearing of jewelry and constricting clothing on the affected arm, and to carry the handbag on the unaffected arm.

I think the nurse should include, the hand and elbow of the affected arm will be elevated above the shoulder. Mastectomy is the medical term for the surgical removal of one or both breasts, partially or completely, normally carried out to treat breast cancer. It is also usually used for women at high risk who have prophylactic mastectomy.

marshall27 [118]

Answer:

The cow uses all but stores ten percent of what they eat.

Explanation:

For example, a plant produces 100 percent energy. The plant needs to use the energy for survival.

When a cow eats the plant, it only gains 10 percent of the energy.

Then, say a wolf eats the cow.

The wolf only gets 1 percent of the energy that is produced by the plant.

A germ cell and zygote represents the biological level of organization. __________
kompoz [17]

Answer: Cell

Explanation:

The cell is the structural and functional unit of life. It is the the most basic level. A life starts from a single cell.

When a male and female gamete(germ cell) fuse together they form zygote. Firstly it is a single cell surviving inside the mother's womb.

Then differentiation takes place and the cell keeps on dividing to form different tissue layers and then organs form which makes a complete baby. Hence, zygote and germ cell are cellular level of organization.

Alexandra [31]

Opsonization Process

Explanation:

 • Opsonization is right answer
 • Antibodies coat a microorganism and Complement proteins provide binding sites, neutrophils and enabling macrophages to phagocytize the organism. This phenomenon is termed opsonization
 • Opsonization (likewise, opsonization) is the sub-atomic system such as organisms, or apoptotic cells and molecules are chemically modified to have a more stronger attraction for the cell surface receptors on NK cells and phagocytes With the antigen-covered in opsonins, binding to immune cells is greatly enhanced
 • Opsonization occurs through the connection of an opsonin to an epitope of the pathogen or dead cells
 • Secure cells and pathogens all have contrarily charged cell membranes
