In the beginning of the story, we consider Macbeth to be a brave, Scottish warrior who is valiant in fight. He is the thane of Glamis, a fair, honorable position. He uncovers a more aspiring side as the predictions of his future as advised to him by the three witches. The witches assert he will end up being the thane of Cawdor and inevitably the King of Scotland. When he sees one of the predictions work out as expected as he is named the thane of Cawdor, he winds up anxious for more. The predictions fuel his aspiration and he starts to plot to influence them to occur. His significant other, Lady Macbeth persuades him to slaughter the King. She pushes him to do it as she blames him for being a weakling on the off chance that he doesn't slaughter Duncan. He believes he should proceed down the brutal, lethal way to conceal his past wrongdoing. Guilt ridden, unreliable and driven by aspiration, Macbeth proceeds with his deadly approaches to secure his situation on the position of authority. This is a direct result of the predictions he got notification from the shrewdness witches. They asserted Banquo's beneficiaries would have the royal position. Connect this with the way that Macbeth acknowledged Banquo could point the finger at him for Duncan's passing; and Macbeth employs men to execute Banquo and his child to take out the danger. He kept on picking brutality and murder as the answer for his issues. As things go into disorder for him toward the end of the play with the English armed force and a retribution looking for Macduff at his entryways, he can at long last come back to life as a contender, and he goes about as a sort of foolhardy trooper as his foes encompass him. Not at all like Shakespeare's other sad legends, has Macbeth never appeared to examine suicide: “For what reason should I play the Roman trick, “he asks,” and pass on/On mine own sword (5.10.1– 2). Rather, he goes down battling. Macbeth is the genuine lamentable legend as he tumbled from high to low, acknowledged his ruin and had a frightful passing.

The answer is in the hands of number of social groups

This of course,  according to the Pluralist theory which states that decision making lies in the framework of the government but that many non-governmental organizations have a lot of influence over the government.  These groups balance each other out and they together represent the will of society.
