According to the attached scenario, it can be concluded that Pierce has prejudice, that is, he is biased in making a conclusion based on his experience. He does not identify all drivers as bad, but only teenagers, not on the basis of some official statistics or studies, but on the basis of what he has seen. It is probable that every time he saw a bad driver, it was a teenager, which should not be a general conclusion based on someone's specific experience.

The answer is: B.

Explanation:

Immanue Kant was a famous German philosopher, mostly known for his work on Ethics.

He introduced the term "Categorical Imperative" which represents a principle of morality applicable to everyone. That basically means that all our moral dilemmas should be solved by using this categorical imperative.

Most skilled individuals texting are less likely to have an accident compared to the ones that have to look at their phone?
KatRina [158]

The statement provided is false. It is not true to say that most skilled individuals texting are less likely to have an accident compared to the ones that have to look at their phones. Texting while driving is one of the most dangerous activities to engage in when driving. When driving, having to multitask becomes a threat to the physical integrity of the driver and of others, as the driver will lose attention capacity because of performing another action besides driving.

The National Safety Council has reported that cell phone use while driving leads to 1.6 million crashes each year. This statistic is not affected by the level of skill in texting that the driver has, the mere fact of texting while driving, even if the driver does not look at the phone to text, is already enough to cause an accident.
