Any shifting to the right or left indicates movement on the x-axis.  So if there is movement along the x-axis, the number of units it moves right or left will be with the x inside a set of parenthesis.  The form for that is (x-h).  So if a graph moves 2 to the right, which we know is a positive 2, if we put it into standard form, it will be (x-(+2)), which is, simplified, (x-2).  Our graph moves to the right 2 so B is your choice. Just FYI, it can't be C or D because the numbers after the sign indicate up and down movement.  Choice C reflects the parent graph shifted down 2 units, while D reflects the parent graph shifted up 2.
