Answer:

The exact circumference of the trampoline is  72.22 ft.

The approximate circumference the trampoline is  72 ft.

Step-by-step explanation:

The given diameter of the trampoline  = 23 feet

Now , Diameter = 2 x RADIUS

⇒ R  = D/2 = 23/2  = 11.5 ft

CIRCUMFERENCE of a CIRCLE  = 2 π R

So, here the circumference of the trampoline  = 2 x π  x (11.5 )

= 2 x (3.14) x (11.5) = 72.22 ft

or, C = 72.22 ft

Now,as the decimal part is 0.22 which is LESS THAN 0.5

⇒ 72.22 ≈ 72 ft

Hence, The exact circumference of the trampoline is  72.22 ft.

The approximate circumference the trampoline is  72 ft.

An image of a parabolic lens is projected onto a graph.The y-intercept of the graph is (0, 90), and the zeros are 5 and 9. Which
Gnesinka [82]

Step-by-step explanation:

If the zeros are 5 and 9, then the equation will have the form:

y = a (x–5) (x–9)

We know the point (0, 90) is on the curve, so we can use this to find the coefficient a:

90 = a (0–5) (0–9)

90 = 45a

a = 2

y = 2 (x – 5) (x – 9)

Draw the picture and label the
  width = w
 The length of the monitor is six times the quantity of five less than half its width:
 length = 6(w/2-5)
 length = 3w-30
 Area = (length)*(width)
 384=(3w-30)*(w)
 384=3w^2-30w
 Answer:
 the dimensions of the monitor in terms of its width is:
 384=3w^2-30w

Suppose you take the small prism and stack it on top of the larger prism. What will be the volume of the composite figure?
Degger [83]
Find the volume of the first figure, then find the volume of the second figure, then add them together.
V=lwh
V(1)=(15)(12)(6)
= 1,080in^3
V(2)=(12)(6)(6)
= 432in^3
--------------------------------------------
1,080+432= 1,512 in^3
