Twenty-year-old Fred lives in a group home. His only "speech" includes segments of TV commercials. He becomes very anxious and a

gitated when his routine is disrupted and he doesn't like to be touched. His social skills are very limited, and he does not show emotion to others. He has a narrowed focus of attention on one video game that he plays and plays over and over again. He likes to spin objects such as pens, pencils, and markers.
