Answer:

a. Confidentiality.

b. Dr. Jamison should report her concerns to the authority.

c. The group must practice confidentiality by keeping some of the information confidential, for example, name of the person.

Explanation:

a. According to the APA, also referred as American Psychological Association,  there are a few ethical guidelines that are being published and it needs to be followed by various psychologists, therapists, or researcher while conducting any psychological experiment or research. Therefore, confidentiality is one of the different ethical guidelines that state a psychologist or any practitioners must keep a secret record of his or her patients or clients and it shouldn't be shared with anyone else without the client's knowledge.

b. Dr Jamison should report her concerns to the authority figure of the group she has joined, in order to avoid negligence of exploiting the ethical guidelines by its members.

c. It is being suggested that an individual can practice ethical guidelines, specifically- confidentiality over here, by keeping some of the information hidden that are associated with the client, and it includes names, gender, age, etc.

The Nixon case is a perfect demonstration of separation of powers which is a key tenet in democracy. Although Nixon argued that he enjoyed executive privilege and that the judiciary lacked power to compel him in the exercise of his discretion, the court upheld a decision compelling him to disclose material for evidence. Also, his conduct was investigated by Congress. This shows the separation of powers between the Judiciary, Executive and the Legislature.<span>
