The answer is p v q and some other one, I haven't done logic in 2 years already, so I don't know the other one. BUT, if p is true, then p v q HAS to be true because if one of the statements, p or q, is true, then p v q is true. For or statements to be true, at least one of the statements included has to be true.

Given: ΔABC, AC = BC, AB = 3 CD ⊥ AB, CD = √3 Find: AC
valina [46]

Answer:

\boxed{AC = 2.3}

Step-by-step explanation:

AD = BD (CD bisects AB means that it divides the line into two equal parts)

So,

AD = BD = AB/2

So,

AD = 3/2

AD = 1.5

Now, Finding AC using Pythagorean Theorem:

c^2 = a^2+b^2

Where c is hypotenuse (AC), a is base (AD) and b is perpendicular (CD)

AC^2= (1.5)^2+(\sqrt{3} )^2

AC^2 = 2.25 + 3

AC^2 = 5.25

Taking sqrt on both sides

AC = 2.3

The nutrition facts label on a container of dry roasted cashews indicates there are 161 calories in 28 grams. You eat 9 cashews
RoseWind [281]

Answer:

there are 161 calories in 28 gram,then:

one gram of dry roasted cashews contains=161/28=5.75 calories

You eat 12 gram of it, =12*5.75=69 calories

9 cashews has 12gram, then:

one gram of dry roasted cashews contains= 9/12 = 0.75 cashews

there are total of 28gram in one serving.

Therefore cashews in one serving = 0.75*28=21cashews

a)69 calories

b)21cashews

Two con terminal angles 3pi/4 negative and positive answer in radians
son4ous [18]

Answer:

Negative Coterminal: -5π/4

Positive Coterminal: 11π/4

Step-by-step explanation:

The easiest way to find specific (not infinite) coterminal values is to ±2π. When you subtract 2π, you will get a negative coterminal. When you add 2π, you will get a positive coterminal. Keep in mind though that a tan∅ or cot∅ only needs ±π, not ±2π.

Estimate the value of 50.75 x 0.18
Estimate the value of 196 divided by 0.499
DIA [1.3K]
This question is a simple one. To answer this question, you need to understand the description in the question and determine to multiply or divide the number.

The first problem would be:
50.75 x 0.18= 9.135
If you need to estimate, 50.75 is near 50; 0.18 is near 0.2 or 1/5 so it would be: 50/0.2= 10

The second problem would be:
196 / 0.499: 392.785
If you need to estimate, 0.499 is near 0.5 then 196/0.5 would be 392
