To identify is the person is dying from alcohol related crash is when the driver had screech tires on the road due to reckless driving of having been intoxicated, there are pieces of metal because of the car crash and the person could produce sounds more like babbling or silent. As a person who is intoxicated—couldn’t speak properly because he or she is drunk.
