The answer is only the right visual field. People who have their corpus callosum severed for medical reasons would be able to tell you about which images are shown to only the right visual field.

EXPLANATION

This is also known as split-brain (callosal syndrome). Split-brain is an interruption syndrome when the corpus callosum severed to some degree. The corpus callosum connects the two hemispheres, so if it has damage, it will damage the function of the brain.

If there is a disruption or interference with the connection between hemispheres in the brain, then there will be symptoms that indicate split-brain. There can be a surgical intervention to try to fix this condition, it is called corpus callosotomy. Corpus callosotomy procedure is a transaction of the corpus callosum. Corpus callosotomy is the last intervention to treat refractory epilepsy.

Usually, partial callosotomy is performed first. If the partial callosotomy does not succeed, then a complete callosotomy is performed. This procedure is done to mitigate the risk after an accidental physical injury. It reduces the level of severity and violence of epileptic seizures.

Callosotomies are the last way to treat epilepsy. First, epilepsy has to be treated with pharmaceutical products. After the callosotomy, neuropsychological assessments are needed.

Because of the separation between the left and right brain, each hemisphere has its own concepts, impulses, and perceptions. It is as if a person has two brains, and not one because the corpus callosum is damaged.

Arlecino [84]

Answer:

b.training; selection

Explanation:

In an organization, the training approach refers to the fact that the organization or workplace takes the employees that it already has and trains them by providing them with new skills for the job they have or for a different job.

On the other hand, the selection approach takes people who are not working at the organization or workplace and selects them (matching their skills with the skills required for the job) and therefore, these new employees replace the under-skilled ones.

Therefore, the training approach would maintain current employees, providing them with instruction on the newly required skills, whereas the selection approach would replace the under-skilled employees with new, skilled employees.
