While Rohan has a low risk job with assumably good salary, Sumit has more risks of injury and is probably paid less. Working as a labourer needs a high level of corporal labour, which is preferred by some people over sitting on a desk the whole day. As a clerk you have to work with many different people all day, which requires good social skills, while working in construction needs mechanical skills and often bodily strength.
