If we make equations:
y-total mileage, x-years of driving
Elena: y=9000+22000*x
Marc: y=22000+22000*x
The general form of the linear function is: y=kx+n, where k represents the slope of the line relative to the x axis, and n tells us where the line will intersect the y axis.
This two functions have same k coefficient, so they have same slopes but different y-intercepts, so the lines do not intersect which means the mileage of two cars will never be equal.

The mileage of the two cars will never be equal. This is because Elena has less mileage on her car to begin with, and both Elena and Marc drive the same amount of miles every year. Marc's car will always have a higher mileage.

Shannon rolls 2 fair dice and adds the results from each. Work out the probability of getting a total of 13.
Bingel [31]

Answer:

0.

Step-by-step explanation:

Fair dice are dice that have 6 sides, and the probability of rolling a side is the same as rolling another.

Since each die has 6 sides, the most you can get from the two dice are 6 + 6 = 12. Therefore, getting a 13 is impossible. So, there is a probability of 0.

Hope this helps!

Daniel [21]
%62.5 you divide the amount of males with the total amount of guests then you will get 0.625 so you put the comma two places behind and add a percentage.

Schach [20]

The single game ticket only costs 8g per ticket. The Season tickets costs 1.19 (I had added them). The 8 is lesser than 1.19. So the Season tickets costs more than the Single Game tickets (I hope this helped!).
